Periodontal (Gum) Treatment
Periodontal disease, also known as gum disease, is the leading cause of tooth loss today. Because there are often no symptoms, most people are unaware they have it. Left untreated, dentures are inevitable. On the upside, with regular treatment the vast majority of our patients can expect their teeth to last a lifetime. Once stabilized, all of our regular patients are enrolled in an appropriate periodontal maintenance program.
Dentures
In the past all dentures looked unnatural because they were all made to look the same, plus they were usually loose and uncomfortable. Today, Dr. Vander Velden is able to place cosmetic dentures that look, feel and function similar to your own natural teeth.
Tooth-Coloured Fillings
